We work hard to create an environment where your child will thrive, and we love & appreciate receiving feedback on how we're going! Check out some of our Small Fries families testimonials below, or scroll down to leave your own.
We have been part of the Small Fries family for over 2 years. In this time all the teachers got to know the whole family on a personal level. As a first time mom I really appreciate the help and advice we get on a daily basis. There is a good communication line between parents and teachers. They make an effort to do different activities each day. My son loves going to school every day and I feel completely relaxed leaving my son there. I would definitely recommend Small Fries.
Small Fries Team you really are all a wonderful bunch!! Besides being awesome to work with our children (and therefore us) have been incredibly blessed by the love, nurture, and learning they received while under your care. Even though they're now at school, we still see the fruit of their time with you and are eternally grateful for all you have invested in them. We know that who they are today, is not just because of us but the wonderful people who embraced them as preschoolers. THANK YOU!!
My family has been part of the Small Fries whānau for 3.5 years now, with my daughter moving up through the different stages and absolutely loving all of the teachers in every classroom. I have found Small Fries to be warm and nurturing, where teachers show genuine care for all the kids and put in a huge effort to engage with families. For example, during this year’s lockdowns, the teachers sent us mat-time videos, teaching resources and even called us to make sure we were all right. Each day, my daughter comes home happy (often sporting a new hairdo styled by the teachers). In her own words, Small Fries is “happy, fun and beautiful”!
We were very blessed when our daughter was enrolled into Small Fries when she was only 5m so I could return to work. The level of care, love, compassion & support we have received from Verdette & her amazing team has been overwhelming from day 1, especially since we have no family and that stage had very few friends in NZ. The Pipi room teachers helped her through all of her most important development phases with a tremendous amount of love, even more so when she was diagnosed with displasia and was placed in a brace for almost 5 months. The motivation the teachers provided her, lead to her going from bum shuffling to walking, running & jumping in less than 3 months. She is now 2 years old, talks 2 languages very well, associates most things in her life with Jesus & is a well developed, social toddler that loves her friends & teachers at daycare. We would not have come this far with her development & felt this much of a community had it not been for this special place.
