As a registered charitable trust governed by a volunteer board connected to Windsor Park Baptist Church, our priority is to run our centres in a way that is truly child focused and where our staff are valued. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a high quality of service, we review our fees annually. These decisions are largely influenced by changes to the Ministry of Education funding rates each year and our operational costs.
